I use the rules as printed in CWC2.5 except where superseded by UACFH.
I also use clarifications per Eric Freeman in the CWRQ & ODQ.

Special Arena rules for this event only:
No temporary speed boosters, turrets/EWPs, and dropped weapons.
No weapons fire until all mobile cars complete the first lap.
The event will end when the first car crosses the finish line the 10th time.
If no one makes it that long, the car that traveled the farthest will be the winner.
2nd & 3rd place will also receive prestige points.
All survivors will recieve Skill points for racing and for kills,
though kills will have no other effect for this event.
The pits and garage are off limits during this race.
Temporary walls have been erected to keep cars out.

The outer walls are 15 feet high and have 100 DP.
Inner walls and Temporary walls are 3 feet high and have 50 DP.
They block vehicle movement, but do not affect targeting.
The track surface is paved with no banking.
Eight universal turrets with a VMG each serve as racetrack defenses.
They should have no effect on this event.
