Blonde hair, blue eyes, and a big cheezy grin. He wears a battle vest along with a hand-cannon he calls a pistol (heavy pistol, laser targeting scope, and folding stock) and some mirror shades. He's a bit arrogant, and shows off frequently for the crowd. Most people either love him or hate him. (The people that bet against him hate him) He knows how to give the crowd an awesome show and does so at every oppurtunity.
A talent scout spotted him in an amatuer night in a backwater town. It was a 5 vs. 5 team match in compacts and subcompacts. Victor scored 3 of the 5 kills of his team in adition to doing some fancy driving which got the crowd on it's feet more than once. The scout offered him an invitation to a REAL amateur night(MadHat 26) and said the company he represented had a new car design they wanted him to test out (the Timberwolf).
Victor Steel is either going to be the next *insert famous carwars duelist name here* or die in a blaze of glory.
Victor Steel is all-in-all a good guy. He won't kill pedestrians while driving unless threatened by that pedestrian. The fake body blades on the timberwolf are just for fun. He buys drinks/dinner for his fellow duelists after he wins(if they can stand his company) :).
